Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at istanbulgrandbazaarsocial@gmail.com or 929-949-7810 with your order number and photos.

We will replace the item or refund the affected products after we review your request. Perishable timing does not usually apply to our shelf-stable pantry assortment; unopened, unused items may be eligible for return at our discretion if there was an error on our side.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
