Terms of Service

By purchasing from Istanbul Bazaar Online you agree to provide accurate order information and to receive products as described on each product page. Most items we ship are shelf-stable pantry goods. Chilled dairy ships in an insulated box with gel packs to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. It is final sale and never qualifies for free standard shipping. The shipping policy has the details.

When the item arrives, follow the storage directions on the pack.

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Product images and descriptions are for guidance; packaging may vary by batch. All sales are subject to our Shipping and Refund policies.

Text Message (SMS) Marketing Program

Istanbul Bazaar Online, the online shop of Istanbul Grand Bazaar, runs a text message program called "Istanbul Bazaar Online Texts". This section explains how it works.

What you agree to. When you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS box at checkout or on a sign-up form, you agree to get recurring automated marketing text messages from Istanbul Bazaar Online at that number. These can include offers, discount codes, shipping news, and reminders about items in your cart. We send them with an automated system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to join to buy anything from us. Agreeing to get texts is your choice.

How often. Message frequency varies. We send up to 4 messages a month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates. We do not charge you for the texts.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message, or tap the unsubscribe link in the message, to opt out. After that you get no more marketing texts from us. You can also call (929) 949-7810 or email istanbulgrandbazaarsocial@gmail.com and ask us to remove your number. We act on every request as soon as we can, and always within 10 business days.

Carriers. Wireless carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported areas. The program is for mobile numbers in the United States (not Puerto Rico).

Your data. We use your mobile number to send the texts you agreed to. We do not sell or rent your mobile number. We do not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes. For details, read our Privacy Policy.
