How to use: Put 1 kg of ground meat, 1 pack of the mix and 3 tea glasses (225 ml) of warm water in a bowl. Knead until it reaches the consistency of a mortar. Shape the meatballs and rest them in a closed container in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cook in a pan, oven or on a grill and serve hot.
